All courses require Pre-registration as space is limited. Classes are filled on a first come basis. You will be notified of site location with registration confirmation.
Our program courses are available to all dental personnel wanting to obtain certification in our certificate courses. Candidates are advised that all written and lecture materials will be in English. Dental Specialties Institute reserves the right to require a minimal level of proficiency in English to qualify enrollment in any of our courses.
Dental Specialties Institute, Inc. is fully authorized and licensed by the State Board of Dental Examiners, Dental Board of California, State of California Department of Consumer Affairs and by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association to provide continuing Education and Certification Courses.
Non-refundable payment for total tuition fee is required for registration in any limited enrollment workshop. No cancellations as there are no refunds although you may reschedule one time with an administration fee of $85 and 48 hours notice. If you fail to attend selected course you will need to re-register. Absolutely no refunds!
If you register late or too close to the course scheduled time, there are no guarantees you will receive the course materials in time for the class. In addition to your registration, there will be a shipping fee for all course materials of $20 or less depending on your location. The fee for last minute registration will be determine where you live and will be greater due to having to ship next day delivery.
We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to low registration and will post the next available class schedule within a reasonable time. All students will be notified immediately upon a change in course schedules.
